so today, instead of going for a regular ride and only being able to go for an hour i decided to ride urban cross. I prolly looked like the most retarted kid ever, and i saw a few people that made me seem dee dee dee. btw. here are pics of my muddyness. hahahhahahaha.

so today i ran. yep you heard right, ran. i did a colony loop and to be honest running sucks. Probably because running isn't nearly as cool as riding a bike, but its soooo much better when all you can get is an hour ride before its dark. After my run i went to the schools gym. its free, and the football team for some reason doesnt use the lower body and leg machines, which just happens to be the only machines i use. moral of the story, dont expect biceps. so after today i figure my plan will be between the gym and cross on weekdays, then switch over to riding the fixed gear on weekends. maybe that will work. pics of my sweet tricycle with a deep dish wheel courtesy of scott attached.

Yesterdays race was kinda kickass started off really early in the morning like 630 and got out to the sussex fairgrounds at like 8. the 50min trip ending upp taking about 10 minutes less due to open highway. it was a really foggy that early in the day and visibilty was prolly bout quater mile. the bike was drenched from all the fog. warmed up alittle, listened to Saosin in the car while gtting warm, forgot to eat then went to the starting line. i was probably about 55th out of 60 through the holeshot....shitty but the first off camber turn sent three people down and my runnign skills brought me up about 15 places. After that was the first hill i took about five to 10 more places there and then the decent brought me up about 7 more i sat in a bit more then used my barrier skills and running skills to get to about 20th out of 60. 6 laps later i finshed in 18th place. an okay day.
